The setup was super clean and the room had that calming, soft-luxury feel without trying to be too bougie. During the facial, she was gentle but thorough. When it came time for extractions, she checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable she didn’t just go full “let’s dig into your pores” mode without warning. Loved that.
